About Dilley’s
We’ve been in business for over 40 years, bringing beautiful floors to homes across Southbury and the towns around it. In 2016, Roberto Prado bought the shop, and with his wife Katia running the office, it stayed what it has always been: a family business.
One team, one family
Roberto believes the Dilley’s team is one big family, and it shows up in how the shop runs. Katia manages the office and is the voice you’ll usually reach with questions and sample requests. The field crew sanding your floors are employees of the shop, not rotated subcontractors, and many of them have been here for years.
Every floor fits its house, not a catalog: we work in many flooring, sanding, and finishing brands, with the materials, stains, and finishing styles to match the way you live.

The showroom
The whole rack is at 1432 Old Waterbury Rd. in Southbury: hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, and stain samples. You’ll want to see it for yourself. Open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
