Common repairs we handle

• Water and stain damage. Cupped, blackened, or loose boards cut out and replaced, then blended.
• Board and plank replacement. Matched to species, width, and grade, then feathered into the existing floor.
• Gaps and movement. Seasonal gaps, splitter boards, and loose sections re-secured.
• Pet damage. Scratches, stains, and worn finish, often fixable with a partial refinish, not the whole floor.
• Small jobs welcome. One room, one hallway, one patch: an estimate on a small job still gets the same look-through as a whole house.

If the repair sits inside a finish that’s tired too, we’ll quote it both ways, repair only, or repair plus a refinish of the room, and tell you which we’d do in our own house.
